Appointment of New Area managers

Following Continued growth we have identified the need for a new management structure to be put into place. With this in mind a new post of Area Manager was created and we have now filled these posts with both internal and external applicants.

The new role will concentrate on the provision of quality care through the supervision of their team and the implementation of new systems that ensure their clients are receiving the care that they want and need.

The training for this roles is ongoing and it is felt that the new Managers will be fully up to speed within the next few months.
